要約(日本語): In this paper, a 66-kV-rated ZnO line surge arrester is modeled with 2-mm-side cubic cells for surge simulations using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. Each of ZnO-representing cells has the nonlinear resistivity dependent on instantaneous electric field in x, y, and z directions. The transient distributions of tangential and radial electric fields on the surface of ZnO arrester under a lightning impulse voltage are computed and discussed.
