要約(日本語): 近年の情報通信網の高速化やエリア拡大などを背景に，無線通信設備が増加している。この無線通信設備は，一般的にアンテナ鉄塔と局舎とで構成されており，配電線を含めた周辺の構造物よりも高いため，雷撃を受けやすくなっていることが多い。このような無線通信鉄塔への直撃雷により，当該設備の接地電位上昇によって，無線通信設備と配電系統との間に電位差が生じ，配電系統側へ雷電流の一部が流出することとなる。この現象は「逆流雷」とも呼ばれ，これまでに冬季雷地区における山頂負荷供給配電線を対象に無線通信設備からの逆流雷に対する効果的な雷害対策の検討が行なわれてきた。一方，近年では，無線通信設備が住宅近くの平野部にも施設され，無線通信鉄塔への雷撃に伴う一般住宅の雷被害も顕在化しているため，住宅設備を含めた雷害対策を検討する必要がある。本稿では，無線通信設備周辺の雷被害実態，その被害事例について報告するとともに，基本的な対策手法について述べる。

要約(英語): Recently, with the expansion of communication network area, many radio communication stations have built in plains. Since these communication base stations include tall tower, lightning easily strikes them. Therefore, lightning damage of the distribution system supplying electricity to communication base station by these lightning strikes has been increasing. We carried out investigation of the lightning damages in Shonai-region facing the Sea of Japan. Lightning damages shown in the results of the investigation in the vicinity of the communication base stations facilities had occurred at 17 points out of 59 points (about 30%). In this paper, we described the results investigated about damage behavior by the distribution line and customer equipment for the back flow current due to lightning stroke to radio communication tower.
