要約(日本語): This paper investigates very fast transients (VFTs) on a gas-insulated bus (GIB) circuit by a finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method and the results are compared with EMTP. Results by FDTD computation show a good agreement with EMTP results when the effect of the conductor radius and the stray capacitances at isolated terminals are considered. A small fluctuation on a pipe voltage in EMTP with CP model is not observed in FDTD because frequency dependence of the attenuation constant is intrinsically considered in FDTD.
