要約(英語): This paper presents the findings of data analysis performed to demonstrate the impacts of different measures to improve the efficiency of the German balancing market. These measures were implemented in a time when renewables penetration has continually increased in the country. The findings show that the impacts of the different measures are visible by observing the empirical time-series data of imbalances and activated volumes of reserves.
