要約(日本語): We have been investigating the phenomenon that discharge penetrates insulator.Currently there is the problem that lightning penetrates wind turbine blades.Therefore, we have been investigating whether discharge penetrating can be prevented by lowering the surface resistance of the insulator.In this paper, the influence of surface resistance on penetration was investigated by setting insulation films with some low surface resistance between the electrodes and by applying negative lightning impulse voltage to generate air discharge.
