要約(日本語): 近年，内視鏡手術による症例が増えており，安全性の確保が重要な課題となっている．本稿では，内視鏡手術による医療ミスを回避するための手法を提案する．まず，難易度の高い手技の１つである手術糸の結紮操作について自動動作識別を行う．次に，結紮操作の中で縫合不全との関連性が高い糸結び動作に対して，術者の表面筋電位に基づいて自己組織化マップにより特異操作判別を行い，特異操作時に術者に警告するシステムを構築する．

要約(英語): In this paper, a method for automatic identification of a surgical operation and recognition of the singularity of the identified surgical operation is proposed to avoid medical errors. In addition, construction of the system to avoid medical errors by presenting recognition of the singular operation to an operator and provide safe endoscopic-surgery is proposed.
