要約(英語): The consumption-loan planning can be viewed as a two-stage optimization problem; the first stage is to determine the loans plan and the second stage is to determine the consumption items plan on a given loans plan. We optimize the loan planning by using a memetic algorithm in order to maximize the utility function characterized by time preferences. In this paper, we compare the usefulness of three local search operations in memetic algorithm.
