要約(英語): We propose a novel method to extract MONODZUKURI workers' of tacit knowledge as a skillful operation in the manufacturing industry. The method consisting of field oriented interview, human motion capture and mobile movie camera is applied for experts and beginners, then the operational difference between them are analyzed. By returning and confirming the results of the analysis to the subjects, the tacit knowledge is effectively extracted. Through examinations applying the method to the real operation in an industrial factory, the effectiveness of the method is shown.
