要約(英語): Epidemic Routing is a data delivery scheme in sparsely populated mobile ad hoc networks. Message copies are stored in a node buffer, and then they are carried and forwarded to the destination node. In general, the node buffer is limited resource. Therefore, to improve the performance of epidemic routing, buffering method is one of the most important technical issues. In the paper, we investigate the efficiency of several buffering methods based on the number of message copies in the network.
