要約(日本語): E-learning英語文法問題を解く上で，最適な背景色を探るため，薄青色背景色と白色背景色に着目し，背景色が学習パフォーマンスに影響するのかどうか比較実験を行った．光トポグラフィを用いて，それぞれの背景色における英語文法問題解答時の脳機能計測を行った．背景色での差異を明らかにすることを目標としたが，ヘモグロビンの変化量に大きな差異は確認できなかった．しかし，脳活動には差異が認められ，スコアにも差異が見られた．

要約(英語): We conducted an experiment to investigate the effects of display background colors on the performance of e-learning English grammar tests, focusing on light blue and white backgrounds. The brain functions of test-takers were measured by using NIRS. The results showed that there was a difference between the two colors in terms of test-takers’ brain functions and test performance.
