要約(英語): The authors have been studying the query-by-sketch image retrieval system. There is a semantic gap between sketch’s feature and edge image’s feature. Therefore, we propose a query-by-sketch image retrieval using pseudo-autoencoder in order to reduce the semantic gap. This method is applied to 4,873 images from Corel Photo Gallery. We confirm that retrieval accuracy is improved by query-by-sketch image retrieval using pseudo-autoencoder.
