要約(日本語): 現在、多くの人が無意識に行ってしまう癖に苦しんでいる。癖の治療方法の１つとして、習慣逆転法というものが存在する。これは行動療法である。具体的な行動目標を繰り返し実行することで自分をコントロールする力を身に着けていく。本研究では、習慣逆転法を、より効率的に治療を進めるために、癖の出現をKinectで検出し，音声により使用者に通知するシステムを構築した。また、システムの有用性について検証した。

要約(英語): Many people worry about their habits which they show unconsciously.Habit reversal method is a method for treating a habit. It is a behavior therapy. A patient gains the ability to control himself/herself by repeatedly executingaction goals.In order to promote the habit reversal method more efficiently, we developeda system which detects a trainee’s habit on real-time by a Kinect and notifies the trainee of it by sound.In addition, we had an experiment to verify the effect of the system.
