要約(英語): When acquiring new skills, for the learner it is important to obtain satisfaction at an early stage. However, the learning curve of a beginner includes many difficulties and requires hard work. In this research, we compare the behavior of experts and beginners in practicing traditional calligraphy. Furthermore, based on our findings, we propose and verify a methodology of experiential service that can be applied in a short time. The number of foreign visitors in Japan is expected to increase and we hope that offering them better ways of experiencing Japanese culture will motivate them to keep on visiting the country.
