要約(英語): It is difficult for museum visitors to appreciate exhibits without prior knowledge. Generally, explanation cards are used for providing knowledge about exhibition. However, explanation cards are designed from the curator’s viewpoint to explain the history of the exhibits, and not sufficient for supporting appreciation. In this research, we propose a tool for museum exhibition using a controllable spotlight and a zoomable high-resolution image viewer and investigated the effectiveness of the tool for appreciation.
