要約(英語): Inductive voltage dividers are widely used in the field of AC measurements. When inductive voltage dividers use a Z-V conversion circuit, inductive voltage dividers should be a high input impedance. However, commercially available inductive voltage dividers maintain a high input impedance at only around resonant frequency. Therefore, authors made special inductive voltage divider (SIVD) with a high input impedance at wide-band frequencies by using applied divided winding method. Furthermore, SIVD was eliminated input equivalent capacitances by using guard winding. As a result, input impedances of SIVD have maintained 100 kΩ at frequencies from 3 kHz to 300 kHz. In addition, ratio errors of SIVD are within 4×10-6 of the input at frequency 10 kHz. SIVD can be established by easily winding method. Also, SIVD can be used wide-band frequencies. In this report, the winding methods and characteristics of SIVD are described.
