要約(日本語): 本研究では，視覚情報をアンビエントにコントロールする技術を開発し，視覚情報によって食味をコントロールできるか調べた．本技術の開発によって，食味と視覚情報の関係性を効率的に調査することが可能となり，例えば食事制限者へより満足感が得られる食事を提供するなど医療福祉分野や生活・健康分野へ寄与が期待できる．実験の結果，視覚情報の制御により試料の食味を変化できる可能性を示唆したので報告する．

要約(英語): In this study, we developed the technology to control the ambient visual information and we examined how to control the taste by visual information. By the development of this technology, we can investigate effectively the relationship of visual information and taste. We found that there is a possibility that the taste of the sample is changed by controlling the visual information from the experiment.
