要約(日本語): 本研究の目的 は，前頭葉部脳活動に基づく味嗜好の客観評価技 術の開発である．実験では，濃度の異なる2種類の飲料を用いて味嗜好に対する生理心理計測を行い，客観評価の可能性について検討した．実験の結果，前頭葉部の酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度変化と味嗜好との間に関係性がみられ，その可能性を示唆することができたので報告する

要約(英語): The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship about preference for taste and activity in frontal lobe. In this study, we collected experimental data about subject’s physiological states by using near-infrared spectroscopy and psychological states with function evaluation. The experimental method we adopted was borrowed from our previous studies. In conclusion, the activities in frontal lobe was associated with the psychological states.
