要約(日本語): 近年の回路の小型集積化や医療機器への対応により、温度計測はより微小なものを測ることが要求されてきている。しかし、JISではシース熱電対としてφ0.5ｍｍまでしか規定されていない。そこで今回φ0.1mmの“超”極細シース熱電対を開発し、その性能を評価することで市場での要求を満たした製品の開発を目指した。

要約(英語): The needs of temperature measurement for small target of material increase in recent years. That depends on miniature of a circuit of electronic devices or precise application for medical equipment.But the smallest size of thermocouple stipulated in Mineral insulated thermocouples of Japanese Industrial Standard is not smaller than 0.5mm diameter. So we developed such ultra-fine size of thermocouple as a diameter of 0.1mm and aimed at development of the thermocouple which expects to demonstrate good performance and satisfies the needs in the industrial fields.
