要約(日本語): This paper discusses a case study on campus information system design. The current campus information system hasintegrated user authorization function and prepared three kinds of Web-based information portal: faculty portal, student portal andstaff portal. Because of the limited budget and the limited design time, the current system has much usability problem and thenrooms to improve them when it is replaced by new hardware and software. In order to identify such problems and to introducenew functions for solutions, basic concept, called OPU-Style, is strongly required. OPU-Style appeals: from system replacementto service innovation Reviewing the previous system replacement, this paper shows with the experimentation why OPU-Style isrequired and what OPU-Style is.
