要約(日本語): The demand for a potential style of interaction between service providers and recipients has recently been increasing, and we have therefore studied the service theater approach with a focus on its compensation system. We applied the theater model to the process of apiculture and university and industry research collaboration. Results of case analysis demonstrated that the new potential interaction styles based on new compensation systems were “retaining customers,” “something unique that only the customer produces,” and “a good reputation” as a reward from the customer. This conceptual study proposes a new type of interaction that involves a non-human factor and can function as the first step in design service innovation.
