要約(日本語): This paper reports the outline and progress of the “Shikake-nin” program. This program aims at supporting theintroduction of IT into monozukuri industries as well as developing human resources to enable development and activation ofdistinct industries (hereinafter designated as “trend setters” for industrial activation). In this program, we seek supporters fromamong our university students for implementation over two years. Participants are not intended merely to collect companyinformation. Rather, they attempt to extract firm characteristics and to activate industries with small and medium enterprises(SMEs) by actually planning and holding events such as workshops. As a part of this program, YATAI production process is alsoshown in this report.
