要約(日本語): Putting the right person in the right post and planning human resource development (human resource management: HRM) are important decision making tasks for managing company. The basis for HRM is the accurate grasp of the competency of human resources as intellectual capital. Our research goal is to realize human resource evaluations based on evidences by Embedded Technology Skill Standards ontology as indicators. This paper introduces our ontological approach to implement human resource model and the system that can work based on human resource management ontology and etss/itss ontology for evidence based evaluation.
