要約(日本語): In offshore software development, periodic project report is an important way for project management and communication. But manual report results in low efficiency and bad quality of project mangement and communication. To improve these problems, a project named HOPE was implemented by HCR&D. This system automatically and periodically collects project data from offshore projects, analyzes the raw data, and generates project reports for project managers on both sides. The statistics and effects of the HOPE trial in real offshore projects have been presented in this paper.
