要約(日本語): ICTを利用することによって多くのメリットがある。しかしながら，ほとんどの高齢者はその恩恵を受けていない。その理由の１つは，加齢による身体的，心理的，社会的，知能的な変化である。本研究では，高齢者がICTを利用する上での特性をアンケートによって示す。そして，高齢者のためのWebインタフェースの開発を行うための概念を示す。

要約(英語): There are a lot of benefits by using ICT. However, almost aged people can't receive benefits. One of the reasons is change by aging. The characteristics of using ICT by aged people are shown the questionnaire in this paper. And conceptual design for development of web interface for aged people is proposed.
