要約(日本語): Recently, the liquidity of talent in the organization and (regional) community has risen. However, the frequency of organization member's changing places has increased recently by restructuring etc In this situation, it become big issue that the mutual trusts between members in the community organizing should be promptly built up corresponding to such a change, and whether the efficiency of the organization is raised based on it.In order to cope with the problem quoted above the evaluation method which combined the quantitative evaluation method and the qualitative evaluation method is proposed for small-scale community. By this proposal, a user thinks that there is neither a question nor uneasiness and the person suitable for needs can be selected in comfort. This hypothesis is proved in experiments.
