要約(日本語): We are conducting a research to find the critical success factors of IT projects based on social network theory. In this paper, we propose a method to detect ‘agents’, who are key persons of both vender and user sides on the projects. Wefocus on the cases, in which observed data is only limited to venders’ ones. From our analyses so far, however, we needhigh quality data of members of both the venders and the users for the agents’ detection. Using the proposed method ofagents’ detection, we evaluate three case data among various IT projects. The results have suggested that, based on thesocial network theory, the existence of agents has highly effects on the success or failure of the projects.
