In this paper, we construct a certificateless concurrent signcryption scheme and an efficient fair exchange protocol, and show that the proposed scheme is secure under the Diffie-Hellman assumptions in the random oracle. As compared with the recently proposed concurrent signcryption scheme, our scheme has better performance in term of the security and computation overheads.
