This system is established using Visual C#.NET2005 technologyunified with Windows CE.NET5.0 operating system.It has standard Windows interface, the operating environmentwith multithreading, multi-duties, definitely real-time and completely preemptive PRI., the modular design way,the hardware system specially faces the limited resources ,and AI and AD response and gathering interrupt modeusing thread.
