要約(日本語): 業務情報の周知および活用の促進に向けて、登録済みの業務情報の中から各ユーザのPC操作状況に適合するものを判別して提示を行うビジネスレコメンデーション技術を提案する。典型文字列の除去および言い回し表現の利用により文書の特徴を把握し、提示要否の判別および抑止キーワードの登録を行う。3種類の業務情報について実験を行い、true negative rateの改善とrecall維持を両立できることを確かめた。

要約(英語): We propose “business recommendation” which enables pop-up of business documents according to PC usage situation. Based on observation of typical phrases and increased frequencies of characteristic phrases, we construct a classifier and selection algorithm of suppression keyword. Experimental result shows that our method is able to correctly discriminate requirement of pop-up.
