要約(日本語): 経験の豊富なシステムエンジニアは、具体的なシステム開発のプロセスの手前で、システム設計の問題点を発見できる。特に、彼らは顧客との議論プロセスの中で問題を見いだすことが多々ある。本研究では、経験あるシステムエンジニアからのアンケート調査、および、システムエンジニア能力の資格試験の過去問題におけるキーワードを対照分析することにより、システムエンジニアに期待される問題発見能力を検討する。

要約(英語): Expert system engineers have insight into problems in system design before they move to the implementation phase. Especially, they can find many problems from the discussion between their customers and them. In order to address the question with what factors these insights are available for them, we conduct a contrastive analysis between the keywords extracted from the past examination question data of one of the system engineer certifications and the responses from expert system engineers to our questionnaire.
