要約(日本語): 近年，企業におけるグループウェアの導入が進む中，組織では業務効率向上が要求されており，知識生成や知識管理を促す経営手法が重要視されてきている。本研究では，協調作業を支援するグループウェアの範疇としての協調学習支援を対象として挙げ，協調学習環境における学習過程や学習知識の共有を念頭に，コミュニケーションツールを利用した知識生成過程支援システムについて検討する。

要約(英語): In this paper, we are refferimg it for the collaborative learning support as the category of the groupware to support cooperative task and this paper are aimed for a learning process and knowledge sharing in the collaborative learning environment. We then investigate a knowledge creation process support system, planning knowledge collection and knowledge sharing between learners using communication tool.
