要約(日本語): 本論文では,CIE-$L^*a^*b^*$表色系を用いた顔検出の結果から,誤検出された背景を除外する手法を提案する.フレーム間差分法により動画から動領域を抽出し,色情報による顔検出の結果と組み合わせて,３種類の属性値を運動が検出された頻度と共に記録する.運動の検出頻度が低い組み合わせを顔検出の例外とすることにより誤検出を排除する.

要約(英語): This paper describes exception method of false positive from face detection using CIE-lab color model. Make frequency histogram of motion detecting from result of detecting motion and detecting face. Misdetections are excluded by choosing parameters which has low motion frequency and excepting result which has chosen parameter.
