要約(日本語): 本研究では、自由記述アンケートのデータを用いて、高校教員の教育に対するモチベーションについての分析を行った。筆者が勤務する高校の教員に対して、業務上でのやりがいや感動、喜びを感じた体験について記述してもらい、テキストマイニングを用いて分析した。その結果、普通学科教員と工業学科教員では、モチベーションの方向性が異なることがわかった。

要約(英語): 　This paper provides an analysis of high school teachers’ motivation for education using the result of a free description survey. We asked the teachers of a technical high school which the first author works for to describe the work experience in which they felt the sense of satisfaction, impression or delight, then we analyzed the result with text mining method. As a result, we found that the direction of motivation differs between the academic teachers and the technical teachers.
