要約(日本語): 本研究では、蛋白質構造解析文献を対象に文献を検索クエリとした関連文献を検索する方式を提案する。提案手法では、文献を概念の集合として表し、文献間の類似度を概念階層グラフ上での概念間の関係から算出する。このとき、文献には多様な概念が包含されていることから複数の文献からなる入力クエリを元に、注目カテゴリや注目度を概念階層グラフに導入して検索者の意図特定を実現する。実験を通して、提案手法の有用性を示した。

要約(英語): An article-based retrieval method for articles on protein structure analysis is proposed.In this method, an article is considered as a set of concepts, and the similarity between articles can be evaluated by using a concept graph.More than one article is used as a single query to clarify theuser intention, which improves the retrieval accuracy.
