要約(英語): Due to the change of the labor market, many worker's stories of the work experiences are shared by the word-of-mouth communication form. The purpose of this paper is to pick knowledge about success factor from a review site about carrier formation of an IT engineer. By means of a text-mining method, we conducted a detailed analysis of free descriptions about the experiences.
