要約(日本語): 日本において、高齢化社会は深刻な問題となっている。その解決のためには、医療・介護従事者同士が、より柔軟に情報を共有し合える環境の整備が急務である。そこで、本研究では、実現場のニーズを把握した上で、これに基づいて現場目線での関心情報を収集・獲得する支援システムを考案及び構築し、高齢者に対するより質の高いサービス提供を可能とする。本発表では、その基本構想並びに中心技術を提案する。
