要約(日本語): 社会インフラ事業に関わる企業において技術開発テーマの探索は重要である。社会インフラ事業は社会基盤のため,国,地方自治体のプロジェクトによって,実用化検証が数多く行われている。本研究では,地方議会の議事録に着目して,プロジェクトに関する発言をテキストマイニング分析した。その結果として，北九州市議会が重視する課題の意図理解から技術開発テーマのキーワードが抽出できた。

要約(英語): This paper provides R&D theme search analyses of the social infrastructure project with text mining. We are focusing on the local assembly meeting minutes, and make an intensive research analyzed remarks about the project with text mining.As a result, we succeed to extract R&D theme words search from the understanding issue’s intentions that the Kitakyushu City Assembly made much of.
