要約(日本語): ICTの発展に伴い、医療介護現場において電子化が進んできている。また、電子化されることにより、職種間での情報の共有に対する需要も高まりつつある。しかし、情報共有時にカルテメモ等のフリーテキストで書かれる情報は、入力者の無意識的な判断で機微情報まで入力される場合がある。そこで本研究では、カルテメモに書かれる情報を全職種に一斉共有しても、職種に応じて共有する情報の内容を自動的に変更する手法を提案する。

要約(英語): Demand of sharing medical information grows in among occupations. However, when they share information, medical is written with the free-text. And doctor or nurse may write sensitive information in their unconscious judgment. This paper proposed the method that when information is shared among all relevant people, propose method modify automatically the content of sharing information depending on the occupation.
