要約(日本語): ソフトウェア開発の受発注において，発注者はITベンダから提示された見積もりの根拠が理解できないまま予測以上の工数が提示され，それが不満となっている．LOCやFPなどの規模見積もりでは，難易度を考慮されていない．そこで本研究では，ソフトウェア見積もり手法の中でもSLOCやFPなどでは考慮されていない生産性変動要因から潜在的な因子を見い出す．さらには，その因子に強く影響を与える変動要因を抽出する

要約(英語): In the ordering and ordering of software development, the orderer is unhappy with the estimate presented from the IT vendor, and man-hours more than expected are presented, which is dissatisfied.Software estimation does not take difficulty into account in size estimation such as LOC and FP.Therefore, in this research, we find potential factors from productivity fluctuation factors which are not taken into account in SLOC, FP, etc. among software estimation methods.Furthermore, we extract variability factors that strongly influence the factor.
