要約(日本語): 本研究の目的は，プロジェクトの結果を目的変数とし，人的資源の特性を説明変数として，その関係をモデル化することである。質問紙によるプロジェクトの結果に対する見解とチーム状態のデータを用いて，統計モデルと機械学習モデルによる判別の比較評価を試みた。評価の結果，測定したデータ内においては機械学習モデルの方が高い判別結果を示すが，外挿となる場合には統計モデルに比べ，判別結果が悪くなることが明らかになった。

要約(英語): The purpose of this study is to model the relationship with the result of the project as dependent variable and the characteristics of the human resources as independent variable. It was attempted to comparative evaluation of discriminant analysis by statistical model and machine learning model by using cognition on the result of the project and team condition on questionnaire survey data. As the results of the evaluation, the machine learning model shows higher discrimination rate within the range of the data used in the analysis, but it became clear that the discrimination rate worsens compared with the statistical model when it is extrapolated.
