要約(英語): The authors implemented functions of a burn down chart and problem task detection as project monitoring functions on a digital Kanban tool in order to support software development projects, and applied the functions to actual projects. However, it was found that problems of the project will be not solved even if the problems are visualized by these monitoring functions because inexperienced project managers do not know how to deal with the problems. Therefore, the authors designed a newly function to support project improvement and developed a part of the function on the same digital Kanban tool. The function detects problems of the project and suggests solutions to the problems.
