要約(日本語): 本研究の目的は、行政機関における業務改革の概念に定義を与えるために必要となる情報を抽出することである。行政機関が公表した文書の中から、テキストマイニングを用いて政府部内で共有されている業務改革の意図を示す情報を抽出し、それをもとに業務改革概念に一定の定義を与えることを試みた。評価の結果、その定義が、業務改革に関する認識の経時的な変化や組織間での差異を理解するのに有用であることが確認された。

要約(英語): The purpose of this research is to extract the information indicating intention of business process reform in administrative organizations using text mining, and to give a definition to the concept of business process reform. An evaluation result suggests that the definition is useful for understanding changes over time in the perception of business process reform and differences among organizations.
