要約(日本語): モバイル機器の急速な普及により，歩行数などの生活習慣を簡単に記録が可能になった．職場などでの定期的な健康診断では，個人の記憶によって問診票への記載が行われている．簡便な生活行動の記録機器より得られる生活習慣情報は，医師の疾病診断の判断材料のひとつとなる．既存疫学研究からの知見より，生活習慣の同定が重要ということがわかった．そこで，現在どのようなスマートセンシングが行われているかを網羅的に調べた．

要約(英語): This paper examined intensive research for past work on lifestyle diseases. The author aims to conceive a potentiality of applying the informatics and contribute to the target diseases. Rapid popularization of mobile devices such as smartphones has become a device that can easily record current personal history. Annual health check by the workplace or local government, Medical questionnaire was made from personal memory, so far. Personal active record such as walking steps contributes the doctor for the diagnosis of disease comes from the personal lifestyle. As a result, it is essential to simplify daily records for lifestyle disease prevention.
