要約(英語): In order to improve the programming education environment, it is important that beginners can learn various learning methods according to their learning purpose on one platform, and that professors can design and develop learning methods according to their learning purposes. From these backgrounds, we have developed Hello C, a C language learning support system for beginners. Also, as one of the C language learning method, blank-filling question. The authors focused on this learning method and implemented it in Hello C. The purpose of this paper is to explain the learning function using the program blank-filling question and to analyze learners using this method. Analysis showed that there was a difference in cognitive load between beginners who subjectively felt that they understood the question and those who did not.
