要約(英語): An internal currency system is proposed to stimulate informal communication and mutual aid among employees, which promotes mutual aid among employees. The system encourages other employees and stakeholders to report caring actions and gives small monetary rewards. In addition, the system makes the behavior visible to the third party and shares the total number of mutual aid activities of all participants to foster empathy. The system was developed on the basis of a lightweight mobile web application, which was required to flexibly extend the service while reducing the system installation cost. The system has been operated for two months for the employees in the R&D department. The results of the questionnaire showed that the employees responded positively by saying that they were more proactive in their mutual aid activities than usual and that they were positively influenced by the mutual aid activities of other employees.
