要約(日本語): 道路標識は道路交通の安全性、円滑性において重要な役割を果たしている。しかし標識の認識は人間に委ねられており、ドライバが標識を見落とすと道路交通の安全性、円滑性が損なわれる。そこで、コンピュータを用いてドライバに前方の道路標識情報を正確に伝達することができれば事故防止に役立つ。本報告では道路標識抽出における表色系の検討を行った。

要約(英語): The traffic signs play an important role in the safety and smoothness of road traffic. However, if the driver overlooks traffic signs, an accident may occur. This research aims at extraction of traffic signs to decrease traffic accidents. This paper describes the examination of the color system for extraction of traffic sign.
