要約(日本語): 高速道路における利用者のニーズに応えた情報提供の新サービスについての調査研究を目的として，インターネットWebアンケート調査を行い，その結果から利用者ニーズに応えるべく新サービスの抽出を行った。この結果を受けて，本報告では，ビジネスモデルや事業性を視野に入れつつ，高速道路における情報提供に関する新たなサービスの提案および検討を行った。

要約(英語): This paper describes proposal of new service's contents for Expressway Users. For the purpose of the proposal, we carried out the questionnaire investigation and estimate the number of the new Contents Users, make trial calculations of revenue of the new service's contents.
