要約(日本語): 車両前方画像に対して画像処理を行うことで先行車両の存在を検知し、その情報をドライバに提供することで、ヒューマンエラーによる追突事故の低減を目的としている。これまで、車両下の影に着目した先行車両抽出を検討してきた。本稿では、Haar-like特徴量による車両識別について検討した。
