要約(英語): When vehicles were obliged to stop, it was easier for the authorities to identify overloaded and other illegal vehicles, and issue warnings. Now they must halt vehicles to check violations, which is dangerous and risky. To resolve the issue, authors have studied a method for cracking down illegal vehicles by allocating data taken from the axle-load scale, installed in the lane, to ETC-equipped vehicles passing the gates.
