要約(英語): To prevent the accidents, which were caused by the traffic events that occur on the expressways, it is necessary providing information to drivers. In this paper, we have discussed what kind of information is a more efficient. From the viewpoint of cognitive psychology and ergonomics theory, we suggested that the information could be classified into two types. The former to prevent the risk-taking behavior was the probability of occurrence of peril, as risk perception support. The latter to avoid human errors was the contents of an event, the fact that an event occurs or a degree of importance and the reaction, as the hazard perception assistance and slip avoidance assistance.
